The human body undergoes transformations throughout an individual’s life. Alongside these physical alterations, there are shifts in human behavior, capabilities, and talents. The body is in a state of constant change. Some of these changes are significant, yet individuals often do not realize them. It’s evident that certain physical transformations are intrinsically linked to the overall health of a person. Negative influences can sometimes steer a person’s development in an undesirable direction. The repercussions can be severe, particularly concerning mental health.
