ABSTRACT
Haba and Huitlacoche are foods of little consumption worldwide. Both
provide nutrients to the human body due to the fiber, antioxidants, vitamins
and essential amino acids they contain.The broad bean can be grown alone or
intercropped with corn and pumpkin. Huitlacoche is a fungus that affects corn,
however in Mexico it has been used as food since the times of the Aztec
culture.
