The modernization of education governance is a significant component for promoting the national governance system and capacity. Moreover, the most direct carrier embodiment of education governance modernization is the modernization of university governance capacity. Furthermore, it is also one of the necessary requirements for reforming the field of education currently. To realize the modernization of the university governance system and capability, we must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, maintain the leadership system of university governance, adhere to the rule by law, promote the construction of the university governance system, adhere to the multi-faceted cooperation and improve the university governance structure system, adhere to the data governance, and promote the integration of university governance and technology.
