ABSTRACT

Studies have shown that teachers’ personality will have a direct impact on students’ serious study, emotional attitude, and personality (Liu, 2006). Due to the different personalities of teachers, the effect of their education and teaching work will inevitably bring differences. Therefore, school management needs to consider the problem of adjusting measures to individual conditions. This paper will analyze the influence of teachers with different personality characteristics on teaching effect and reasons and significance of individualized teaching in primary school.
