ABSTRACT
Under the background of the
growth of sharing economy, the number of emerging companies increased in the
past decade. As emerging companies, the legality and competitions with relevant
industries are subject to dispute. This paper analyzes potential issues and
causes of these issues in the operation of these companies from business and
enterprise perspectives. The article is taking Uber as an example and
accordingly presents the solutions and implementations to existing problems of
the future. This paper also extends to the current and future situation of
sharing economy for Chinese enterprise.
