ABSTRACT
Creativity is an element of
the personality of entrepreneurs which can be important for the foundation,
advance, and business performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Intrapreneurship can
be developed in small and medium-sized enterprises where entrepreneurs have a
sufficient level of creativity and it can influence the growth of enterprises.
Hypotheses are specified and empirically tested based on responses to a
structured questionnaire on a sample of small and medium-sized enterprises from China. The research
results indicate positive relationships between the creativity of the
entrepreneur and intrapreneurship and growth of the enterprise.
