ABSTRACT
This
article applies to the process of organizational knowledge acquisition by managers
and specialists with the possession of manager license. The theoretical part explains:
concepts of knowledge, knowledge management, knowledge sources, and the step of
creating and acquiring knowledge. The research part focuses on the presentation
and analysis of obtained results of research performed by the author.
