ABSTRACT
The study examines the main
difference, definition of continental and common law aspects of criminalistics,
(forensic science) as factscience from the “father of criminalistics” Hans
Gross to updating, modern, international (American, British, French, German,
Hungarian) concepts. So, it sounds about specialties of criminal investigation, crime-solving techniques,
criminal tactics, technology, criminal methodology and generally about parts of
forensic sciences.
